
Ethical Considerations in Treating Children
About This Event
This one-hour presentation addresses ethical considerations and issues that may arise when treating children from their first visit to a dental office until they reach the age of consent. The course reviews practical and contemporary scenarios applying the ADA’s Code of Ethics, exposes practitioners to ethical dilemmas in pediatric care, and develops analytical tools for responding to unique ethical challenges within pediatric patient populations.
