Intraoral Scanning: Fundamentals and Applications

This presentation will review basic principles of intraoral scanning that clinicians should know about to control the accuracy of intraoral scanning. Scanning strategies and indications/contraindications of intraoral scanning will be discussed based on recently published studies. Various clinical examples will be presented to describe how the principles discussed in this presentation can be used to improve patient care outcome.
