Basic Life Support/-CPR Certification Course (In-Person)
About This Event
Attendees will be certified and updated on current American Heart Association guidelines in CPR and Basic Life Support. Course covers guidelines on choking, systematic approaches to cardiac and respiratory arrest, and includes hands-on practice sessions. Participants will receive Basic Life Support training emphasizing early CPR and defibrillation. At completion, attendees receive a two-year American Heart Association certification card. Instructor: Marc Reilly, President and CEO of Rescue Resuscitation Inc.; certified NREMT instructor and longtime NYC Fire Department paramedic. Additional info: printed CE certificate provided at end of lecture; BLS/CPR required for New York State relicensure; refunds available up to two weeks prior to event.
