Event: CPR Course Renewal. Date/Time: December 15, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm (PST). Location: Life Support Services, 4588 Peralta Blvd. Ste. 17, Fremont, CA 94536. Speaker: Neal S. Shabashov. CE: 4 CE units (Core). Organizer: Southern Alameda County Dental Society. Audience: All Dental Professionals. Registration/Fees: Advance payment and registration required; registration deadline is one week prior to the scheduled class; cost: $105 Member; $180 Non-Member; $105 Staff Members. Card issuance: CPR cards are issued by the American Heart Association within four weeks after course completion. Confirmation: Registration confirmation will be emailed; check spam/junk folders if not received. Cancellation/refunds: If you must cancel, do so no later than the Tuesday preceding the class to receive a refund; no refunds for no-shows.
