
Defending Community Water Fluoridation
About This Event
Challenges to community water fluoridation are increasing. Dental professionals must lend their voices and knowledge to help preserve the most effective and cost‑effective form of decay prevention for their community. This course reviews the basics of water fluoridation, how to counter the most common misconceptions (including misinformation about neurocognitive effects), and how to be an effective advocate in states and communities, including talking with patients and local decision‑makers.
