
LSU’s 49th Annual Perio Review: The 2½ Day Comprehensive Review & Update Program + 1½ Day Mock Oral Board Exams
About This Event
The Perio Review program consists of 2½ days of comprehensive review and 1½ days of mock oral board exams designed to maximize literature review, update participants on current concepts in management of advanced periodontal disease and dental implant therapy, and improve oral test-taking skills and self-confidence. Topics include current concepts in management of advanced periodontal diseases and implant therapy; new developments in periodontics; systemic diseases’ influences on periodontal disease, patient management, and periodontal medicine; management of office emergencies; and diagnosis of oral lesions. The program includes daily schedules with continental breakfast and lecture hours, mock oral board exam sessions, and opportunities for participation.
