Simplified Periodontal Disease Classification in Daily Clinical Practice What the Dentist and the Hygienist Need to Know

January 31, 2026 San Antonio, USA

About This Event

The 2017 periodontal classification system transformed diagnosis and management of periodontal disease but can be difficult to implement in daily practice. This hybrid, in-person course makes the 2017 classification simple, practical, and profitable, providing clinicians and hygienists with the confidence to apply staging and grading chairside, improve patient care, enhance insurance documentation and coding compliance, boost hygiene production, and calibrate teams. The program includes check-in (8:30 AM) and a 9:00 AM–12:00 PM session with presentations, patient communication scripts, and guidance on which patients to manage in general practice versus referral. Attendees receive course handouts via email the week of the course. No recording or transcription is permitted; disclosures and refund policy apply.
