The Internet Course: Orofacial Pain From a Medical Perspective

About This Event

Learn the latest in Orofacial Pain Diagnosis and Management online from the comfort of your home or office. The field of Orofacial Pain is transitioning from a dental viewpoint to a medical perspective; this course aids that process. Based on the Internet Course: Orofacial Pain Beyond TMD, chapters from an up-to-date syllabus written by faculty are available for download, with study guideline questions and detailed answers. The course is interactive with Zoom conferences for participant–faculty interaction, review of syllabus material, and case presentations. Participants who pass the final examination will receive a credit letter for 96 hours of continuing education and a Certificate of Completion from the Division of Orofacial Pain. Enrollment is limited to 20 participants. Faculty include Department of Diagnostic Sciences; Sowmya Ananthan, BDS, DMD, MSD (Director) and Julyana Gomes Zagury, DMD, MSD. Refunds, less a $250 cancellation fee, will be granted if cancellation notice is received in writing prior to the start date.
