Dr. Dovgan has been retained as an expert in the area of dental standard of care throughout the United States. He has been a continually practicing full-time dentist for over 30 years and currently practices full time in Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities as a consultant include review of dental complaints and finding deviations from the standard of care. Dr. Dovgan has adjudicated cases that include failure to diagnose, failure to treat dental conditions, dental fraud, inadequate treatment, and more. He has over 3,500 hours of continuing education, including advanced training in prosthetics, dental implants, risk management, OSHA, CAD/CAM, CBCT, full mouth reconstruction, digital x-rays, and lasers.
