About This Event
This is a self-paced online CE course designed to give healthcare providers in-depth instruction on conflict resolution skills for a variety of patient disputes. The course covers basic mediation skills, methods of communication, and strategies for handling high-conflict patient interactions. Participants will learn to increase their confidence in managing patient grievances and gain a deeper understanding of their responses to conflict. The session concludes with additional wellness tools to help providers manage burnout.
