
Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice (RDHAP) – Spring 2026
About This Event
Led by Mustafa Radif, BDS, RDHAP, MA, this online program is designed for dental hygienists and dental professionals interested in expanding their knowledge and ability to treat people with complex physical, medical or psychological needs and patients in underserved communities. It fulfills the Dental Hygiene Board of California’s 150-hour education requirement to apply for an RDHAP license. The program includes two live interactive webinars, online modules, quizzes, case reports, and a portfolio project. Participants will learn about information management, dental hygiene practice, treatment for medically complex patients, oral pathology, pharmacology, and more. The course runs from February 6, 2026, to May 8, 2026, with the first and last days held as live webinars. Upon completion, participants will receive a notification of attendance and course completion to the Dental Hygiene Board of California.
